Biography

Radboud Vlaar is Co-Founder and Partner at Orange Growth Capital (OGC).

OGC is a Venture Capital firm focused on FinTech in EMEA founded in Q4 2013 with offices in Amsterdam and London (www.orangegrowthcapital.com).

OGC has to date made 10 investments among them Salviol, ZOPA, MONI, KNIP, BUX, Legalbase, Safened and Komparu.

Prior to founding OGC, Radboud spent 10 years as a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he focussed on Financial Services and Private Equity. Prior to McKinsey Radboud worked at TPG, where he worked on M&A and supported the set-up of a Venture Fund Radboud achieved 4 master degrees from the University of Groningen.

During the last years Radboud has co-founded 3 companies (Security, Big Data and Construction) and continues to sit on the Board LinkBundle.

Radboud Vlaar is a Dutch Citizen and splits his time between London and Amsterdam, is married and has 3 children.
